Client Objective

AGEIAS’ client needed to test equipment under severe operating conditions with exposure to toxic gases. The testing would normally require a significant investment in infrastructure — at a considerable cost with extended timelines.

The AGEIAS Approach

With a highly hazardous test environment involving toxic gases and significant gas-flow requirements, AGEIAS was able to quickly develop an infrastructure solution that allowed their client to effectively complete testing and generate their required data.

Rather than dismissing their client’s objectives due to the high level of difficulty and risk, AGEIAS:

Helped their client better define their test objectives instead of focusing on how the original objectives could be accomplished
Leveraged this understanding to investigate and propose alternative solutions
Worked with suppliers to engineer a bulk liquid gas solution for high gas flow testing
Evaluated and addressed safety hazards

AGEIAS developed internal enclosures and other risk-mitigation measures to safely manage toxic conditions. They were able to design and implement the solution quickly and cost-effectively, resulting in a successful six-month testing campaign.
